A few things I’ve done along the way.
LTK
I joined LTK (then rewardStyle) team during its early growth phase and built out the full marketing and operations functions leading to 800% growth. I managed a 50-member team across client growth, data analytics, performance campaigns, multi-tier influencer programs, acquisition, retention, education series, and flagship events. From crafting strategic vision and core messaging to running day-to-day marketing operations and agency partnerships, I unified all touchpoints to drive rapid user adoption, deepen engagement, and scale revenue.
Vox Media (Concert)
Led the full go-to-market strategy for Concert, Vox Media’s premium advertising marketplace. Developed the messaging, positioning, and branded content offering from the ground up—including pricing strategy, internal and external collateral, and GTM execution. Helped define how Vox showed up in the branded content ecosystem across publisher partnerships.
Evolus
Launched and scaled Jeuveau, the challenger brand to Botox, with a differentiated “performance beauty” positioning. Owned go-to-market strategy, brand development, campaign concepting, content strategy, and event programming. Brought a fresh voice to the aesthetics space by blending clinical efficacy with brand-first storytelling.
Brilliant Earth
Named, positioned, and developed the go-to-market strategy for a new fine jewelry line within Brilliant Earth—anchored in sustainable luxury and brand storytelling. Built campaign strategy and messaging for a hero product designed to become a modern icon (think: ethical Love Bracelet). Supported internal and external rollout.
Moe Assist
Served as interim CMO/COO for a creator economy startup, leading product strategy, roadmap development, team management, and go-to-market planning. Raised $3M across pre-seed and seed rounds. Owned executive-level brand, fundraising materials, growth planning, and platform launch.
Curriki
I spearheaded growth and brand strategy at Curriki—a nonprofit open-source edtech platform, with new brand messaging, product packaging, and event strategy. I helped the organization better articulate its impact and offering to educators, funders, and partners, moving from legacy tech to a modern, mission-forward brand.
Hello Alice
Partnered with the executive team at a Series C fintech to build, launch, and monetize new platform offerings—from grant programs and loan products to credit cards—build new product offering generating $10M in forecasted revenue. As fractional VP marketing, I owned growth, brand, and customer experience while optimizing direct mail, email, social, and paid media to maximize ROI and fuel sustainable customer acquisition.
Belly
As VP of Marketing & Customer Experience at Belly, I led a comprehensive customer success audit and provided strategic direction through a pivotal growth phase of our loyalty platform. I redesigned onboarding flows and retention loops, implemented real-time CX dashboards, and optimized email, paid social, SMS, and in-app messaging to boost engagement and lifetime value. Partnering with product, engineering, and support, I built and led a 40-person team to execute end-to-end loyalty operations—from feature ideation to cross-channel rollout—under a unified, customer-first roadmap.
Female Founder Collective
Lead the development and execution of a multi-week founder accelerator. Built the GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and customer experience across product tiers. Partnered with the leadership team on marketing, content, and monetization strategy for new community-based offerings.
Rosy Wellness
Developed the full product roadmap, content strategy, and positioning for a women’s health platform. Created fundraising narrative and pitch materials, supporting the successful close of a $1.5M raise. Worked closely with the founding team on brand voice, business model clarity, and long-term growth strategy.
TEZZA App
Repositioned the Tezza brand to reflect its evolution from a creator tool to a culture-defining platform. Led messaging strategy, clarified brand architecture, and worked directly with the founding team to elevate voice, audience connection, and long-term brand value.
Omnicom (Annalect)
Created the positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for a new consulting arm within Omnicom’s Annalect. Helped define the productized service model, internal training tools, and external marketing approach to support scalable growth within a traditional agency holding company.
Everest
Worked as Head of Growth to support launch of Venture Studio. Supported brand and positioning work for Everest and its client portfolio. Led collateral development, clarified messaging, and provided strategic GTM support for brands across categories. Helped elevate Everest’s role as a brand growth partner by sharpening its external narrative and internal tools.
The Local Vault
Created fundraising strategy and built the investor pitch deck to support growth for this luxury consignment startup. Helped clarify market opportunity, business model, and brand positioning for potential investors.
Linux Foundation
Supported the launch of a continent-wide open-source sustainability initiative through brand-aligned content strategy, social media messaging, and campaign architecture. Helped position the Linux Foundation as a leader in global, ethical tech innovation.
thisMoment
Grew revenue from $0-*m as an individual contributor at social media technology startup. Led national partnerships with Google, Facebook, Pinterest. Created branded content strategy for Fortune 1000 brands end-to-end 360 campaigns such as P&G That you Mom, Oreo 100 Anniversary, Buick Moment of truth and dozens more.
